Our Lower School Team realises how important it is to ensure that transition into the Senior School is reassuring as well as exciting and that pupils feel confident in their new surroundings.

We provide a nurturing environment and ensure that there is ample opportunity to gain self-confidence quickly and to adapt to all that life has to offer for an RGS pupil. Pastoral Prefects are appointed from our Sixth Form and are trained by us to provide extra guidance and to be the role models you would expect. Our aim is that pupils move on from the Lower School with firm friendships and fond memories.
