Food Preparation and Nutrition is available as a subject at GCSE, and utilises our wonderful and well-resourced dedicated catering space and a highly supportive academic team.

This outstanding space provides our pupils with the opportunity to learn about health, hygiene, nutrition, food science, food production methods and how to prepare food properly.
