During the Lower Sixth Induction Day at the beginning of term, the students enjoyed an inspirational talk by Royal Marines veteran Jon White.
Congratulations to Lower Sixth student, Alex Houchin who has been selected as part of the UK Athletics Talent Development Pathway Programme.
Lower and Upper Sixth students on the BTEC National Level 3 Diploma in Sport, began the term with a trip to Top Adventures activity centre last week.
Despite the restrictions of Covid-19, it was fantastic that the RGS Schools’ Cricket Festival was able to be in July, with RGS Newcastle playing host to this week-long annual Cricket event between six Royal Grammar Schools.
Upper Sixth leavers and their families enjoyed a lovely Graduation event before the start of term and before the students head off to universities and other experiences.
We welcome 11 new Teaching staff and 3 returning staff to RGS Worcester and wish them happy and successful careers here at RGS Worcester.
