A Day of Adventures for BTEC Sport

Lower and Upper Sixth students on the BTEC National Level 3 Diploma in Sport, began the term with a trip to Top Adventures activity centre last week. This Outdoor Education trip provided an opportunity for the students to work in teams, participating in Archery, Climbing, Orienteering and Laser Tag challenges to earn points and stars in a ‘I’m a celebrity’ style competition. At the end of the day, the Upper Sixth group took the overall win. All students will now have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills gained during the day, to various aspects of the BTEC course.
